University of Aberdeen A Cappella Society

Comprising of vocalists from across the university, the A Cappella society is a contemporary vocal ensemble giving opportunities to singers of all abilities and backgrounds. The A Cappella society comprises of three groups: Aberpella – our mixed-gender, auditioned competition group; Killer Quines – our all-female auditioned competition group; and Caletoneia – our non-auditioned mixed-gender A Cappella Chorus. Our exciting plans for the year include performances of varied repertoire at our Winter and Spring concerts, taking part in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA’s) and the Scottish A Cappella Championships as well as various other exciting opportunities around Aberdeen.

Auditions will take place during week 1.

Rehearsals: Rehearsals will start during week 2 of term.
