Senior HR Partner, People (HRS120A)
The University of Aberdeen is seeking to appoint two HR Transformation Partners to deliver people‑related transformation activities across the University. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and evolving environment, supporting significant organisational change.
Job Description
The successful postholders will come from a solid HR Business Partner background with experience in leading and implementing people related transformative change activities.
The postholder will work closely with the existing HR Business Partners to assist with transformation activities that arise due to the University’s Transformation Programme (ACS). The postholder will also assist with work associated with the new Employment Rights Act. Working collaboratively with senior leaders, HR colleagues, and Trade Unions, the role will ensure that transformative change is well‑planned, evidence‑based, legally compliant, and aligned to a positive employee experience.
The salary for this post is in the range of £47,389 - £56,535 per annum, commensurate with experience.

This role is based in the UK and as such the successful candidate will be required to live and
work in the UK.
