School Administration Coordinator, Geosciences (GEO482S)
The School of Geosciences has a PGT School Administration Coordinator opportunity within the School Administrative Team.The School Admin Coordinator is the primary point of contact for all administrative matters relating to the School’s twelve Taught Postgraduate Programmes, and is responsible for assisting the Programme Directors, and Course Coordinators/Tutors and School Admin Manager in the effective and efficient running of this area of the School.
Job Description
The role requires you to operate to tight deadlines and competing demands with a high degree of accuracy and to display excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. Acting as a PGT key point of contact for the School, you should enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people. You will have experience of working effectively in a busy and complex office environment and have a flexible approach to managing your workload and that of the School Admin Assistant.
The work is varied and interesting and is to provide support to the postgraduate teaching programmes within the School. This will involve a great deal of contact with postgraduate students as well as members of staff and external organisations.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 4, £27,319 - £31,236 per annum with placement according to qualifications and experience.
