Join Ian Kinnear, ethnologist and pipemaker, to learn about the venison haggis made by the women of Glenesk, Angus. Ian will outline the history of this unique culinary practice and discuss its role in the Tarfside Burns’ Supper as well as explore links with land and community in the Angus glen.
