Elphinstone Institute Public Lecture Series

Join us for this delectable lecture which will explore traditional cheese-making in Aberdeenshire. Until relatively recently, cheese-making at home was a common practice in Aberdeenshire. James Reid, seventh generation in the family of cheese-makers at Cambus O'May Cheese, will discuss this rich, local cheese-making tradition, and the ways in which tradition and innovation come together at Cambus O'May's creamery.
