Making a formal complaint

If you wish to make a formal complaint about our services when visiting, please speak to a member of staff, who will try to resolve the matter directly, or will put you in touch with a staff member who can help. If the matter is still unresolved you may make a complaint to the Head of Museums & Special Collections.

Our complaints procedure

The Head of Museums and Special Collections will be responsible for answering the complaint after consulting with colleagues.
