Join us at the first EMAGA social event of the year for lunch at The Anne of Cleves in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire on Saturday 3 May. This award winning pub and restaurant is steeped in history and gets its name from one of Henry VIII’s wives: the property was gifted to Anne of Cleves by Henry VIII as part of their divorce settlement.
The event will also include a visit to the Melton Mowbray Artisan Cheese Fair, where you will have an opportunity to taste around 200 different cheeses and find the hidden gems you never knew existed. In its fourth year, The Artisan Cheese Fair which is held within the halls of Melton Mowbray’s heritage Cattle Market will showcase around 50 different cheese makers from all four corners of the British Isles and is probably the largest dedicated festival of cheese in the UK.
