The Centre for Health Data Science supports interactivity at every level to raise the profile of health data science and:
- create an environment of partnership within the Centre and with national and international collaborators
- drive collaboration across all disciplines
- develop new partnerships with key stakeholders, including industrial partnerships
- work with the University of Aberdeen Public Engagement with Research Unit (PERU) and NHS Grampian Public Involvement Network to engage with and involve our population, across Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Grampian and the North, in health data science.
The Centre hosts the Aberdeen hub of One HealthTech, a global organisation that promotes diversity in health technology. We run friendly and informal events that are welcoming to everyone, and we encourage women and other under-represented groups in tech to attend.
If you are based in North East Scotland and are interested in health and technology, please join us.
We encourage and welcome anyone interested in collaborating with us to get in touch ACHDS@abdn.ac.uk
