Classroom PCs

Are there any computers I can use on campus?

About computer classrooms

When they are not booked for teaching, computer classrooms are open for you to use - but you should not enter while a class in is progress, unless you have permission to do so. Displays located around the campus indicate when rooms are booked for teaching and when they are free.

The Videos and Guides explain where the computer classrooms are located, how to check availability, good classroom etiquette and also what software you can find installed on the desktop.

All our classroom PCs have assistive technology software and utilities to help users with issues such as visual impairment or dyslexia. And most classrooms and study places on campus have at least one height adjustable desk. You can check online to find out where there are unused PCs on campus - www.abdn.ac.uk/mobile/free-pcs/
