This accompaniment to Le Messe appears in the scrapbook Skinner presented to Mrs Barclay of The Gordon Arms Hotel, Keith. 'Le Messe' was a fiddle thought to have been made by the seventeeth century Italian violin maker, Antonio Stradivarius (1644-1737). |
