Course Overview

This course is an introduction to Mathematics for those who have either no knowledge of the subject or who have not taken it for a long while. We will learn essential mathematical skills beginning at a basic level and working up to a good working set of abilities that will be applicable in a range of disciplines.

Course Description

This course provides an introduction to Mathematics and assumes no prior engagement with the subject. The course will introduce basic mathematical skills and concepts and build up to teaching the necessary skills to successfully undertake level one courses in subjects in STEM, from engineering to chemistry and physics.
