Stress Management

  • Stress Management Tool – A visual aid for in the moment identification and management of stressors   
  • Stress Talking tool - A guide to help line managers start to have simple and practical conversations with employees
  • Wellness Action Plan (WAP) - A helpful tool to help us identify what keeps us well at work, what causes us to become unwell, and how to address a mental health problem at work should
    you be experiencing one.

  • Wellbeing conversation - A guide to support wellbeing conversations with colleagues or to use in one-to-one meetings and annual reviews
  • Self Care pledge – To help you introduce small positive wellbeing change

 

Training 

  • The current stress management training course can be viewed in the course booking pages 
  • There are a variety of skills booster courses available
  • The Wellbeing Team can come and deliver a 60 minute "Introduction to Wellbeing" session at one of your team meeting. To arrange a date please email wellbeing@abdn.ac.uk 
  • The Wellbeing Team have created a 60 minute "Managing Wellbeing in the Workplace" session for managers. These will be delivered throughout the year but you can request a bespoke session for managers within your School or Directorate. To arrange a date please email wellbeing@abdn.ac.uk
