Joint-winner of the Chris Cadwur James Competition, virtuoso saxophonist Kerr Slaven performs with the Symphony Orchestra under guest conductor Christopher Gray. The programme begins with some rousingmarches by Elgar and concludes with one of themost famous pieces of music, Beethoven’s fifth symphony.
