In recent feedback you have told us that you are annoyed if our Duty Adviser service runs late. We completely agree. As a result, we have decided that if you arrive for an appointment more than 5 minutes late you will not be seen at that time and instead asked to re-book. Hopefully this will mean that the service keeps to time better. |
