Course Description

In this course, students are supported to secure their own professional work placement, which is approved by the Business School. Students will be supported to identify suitable opportunities, to prepare and submit applications and to transition to the workplace.

The course is designed to encourage students to evaluate literature relevant to professional tasks. To understand the aims and ethical obligations and practices of a professional body and apply these in work practice. Students should be able to discuss current issues within the global, national or local real estate markets.

The course will give students an opportunity to assess their personal development and enable them to identify and evidence a range of skills and qualities that employers look for in graduates, including communication, team working, problem-solving, reflection and professionalism.
