explore theoretical and practical aspects of sound design in a wide range of
film and media, particularly focusing on new media, such as games and
interactive platforms.

This course will
explore theoretical and practical aspects of sound design in a wide range of
film and media, particularly focusing on new media, such as games and
interactive platforms.

(While this course is open to all fourth-year students, they are expected to have some basic to intermediate level of knowledge in audio/sound technology, have taken similar courses in the third year, such as Acousmatic Composition (MU3514), or have some experience in computer programming (in any language).)
