Course Description

​This course provides the opportunity to carry out a short independent, open-ended, piece of research work in which you will become familiar with a specialist area of research and write a review paper on this subject. This can be in an area of physics or complex systems. You will develop: presentation skills; experience of reading and thinking about a specialist topic; critical analysis skills of your own and other people’s scientific work and project management skills.
