The course will provide an overview of key statistical methods required for psychological research, including discussions of hypothesis testing, statistical inference, and appropriate reporting for each test.

How will this course be taught?
This in-person course will be delivered primarily by lectures/seminars on the Old Aberdeen campus. Assignments will cover analysis methods reviewed in class.
What does this course cover?
You will be provided with background on key statistical tests used in different areas of psychological research and will apply these tests to novel datasets using appropriate software.
Why should I take this course?
This course aims to develop competence in quantitative data analysis required for PGT research.
