This course provides students with a thorough introduction to the theory and practice of international commercial arbitration, one of the most important mechanisms for resolving cross-border commercial disputes. As international trade continues to expand, a solid understanding of arbitration has become an essential skill for aspiring commercial lawyers.
This course examines both the theoretical foundations and the practical operation of international commercial arbitration, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the arbitral process.
