The course draws on expertise held in the Business School by focussing on the functional aspects of business (e.g. Accountancy and Finance, Operations, Marketing and HRM) as well as some of key challenges for business (e.g. Leadership, Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility). In both cases the course critically explores: [i] the challenges presented by the international environment, the theories, frameworks and models presented in academia; and [ii] industry practice.
