BU50F7: FINANCIAL MARKETS AND PRODUCTS (2017-2018)

Last modified: 27 Feb 2018 19:06

Course Overview

Whilst building on all the earlier parts of the programme, this course looks in more depth at how financial markets work, how they have developed over time and the interesting question of why financial crises happen. The course also looks at particular players in financial markets, private equity, the role of intermediaries and international issues and differences. Along with this we will consider the markets for not just equity and bonds but also more complex financial products.
