Course Overview

This course provides you with the opportunity to undertake a piece of research or other scholarly investigation in midwifery or a related maternity/health field. You will  build on your learning during your MSc study to date, further developing your academic skills and culminating in the writing of a 12,500 word thesis. You will be able to select from a range of projects offered by academic staff within the Division of Applied Health Science, and you will receive academic supervision. You will aim to produce piece of work that is suitable for subsequent publication to enhance your career.
