Course Description

"Technology in Classrooms" is designed for educators seeking to harness the power of technology to enrich their teaching practices. This 30-credit course offers a deep analysis into the practical aspects of technology integration, from designing technology-enhanced lesson plans to solving common classroom challenges. Students will explore a wide range of digital tools and platforms, learning how to adapt them to various learning styles and needs. The course emphasises the creation of a supportive community of practice, encouraging the sharing of insights and collaborative problem-solving among educators.

The feedback aims to provide constructive insights that encourage further development of students’ evaluative and reflective skills in effectively utilising technology in education, particularly focusing on students’ critical evaluation of their own strategies for integrating technology into their teaching (ILO 1), and their reflection on the design and implementation of technology-enhanced learning experiences (ILO 2). This feedback will assess the depth of the participant's reflection on their experiences, including challenges faced and the impact of technology on student engagement and learning outcomes.
