Course Overview

In this fully online introduction to Leadership of Change, you will explore the theory and literature of organisational change and begin to understand your role as a leader in the process.

This provides a pathway for students who have been out of education and require a short course to attain knowledge and academic skills to progress into a MSc Leadership in Professional Context.

Course Description

Leadership of Changes is the first of two short courses, that supports participants to engage learning about the process of organisational change and the role of a leader in the process. This involves evaluating the current theory and literature around organisational change and considering the role as a leaders in this process.

 

The course will be assessed through a poster presentation and short essay, that will draw on theory and practice to support participants to demonstrate how they have grown as a leader through engaging in this course.
