The course is split into 3 distinct sections, which have to be taken in order.
“Section 1 – The Idea” introduces students to a business start-up methodology, focusing on how to take an idea from concept to a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The course emphasises creating a product that meets real customer needs through continuous feedback and data-driven decisions. It helps entrepreneurs and professionals understand their market, identify customers, and develop effective sales strategies.
“Section 2 – The Market” is where students will learn market research, digital marketing, pricing, and customer engagement. Through practical exercises and case studies, they’ll gain the skills to attract and retain customers, ensuring business success in a competitive marketplace.
“Section 3 – The Business” teaches entrepreneurs how to build a sustainable, scalable, and investable business model. Students will develop financial strategies, explore funding options, and integrate sustainability. Through practical exercises and case studies, they’ll learn to attract investors, manage risks, and pitch their business effectively, ensuring long-term growth and success.
