As the remit of the Digital Marketing Leader is both wide and deep, this module provides insight and understanding into the wider challenges of planning and implementation:

  • Defining, Scoping, Planning Projects
  • Project Selection
  • Managing Projects [launching, monitoring, controlling]

  • Negotiating and Contracting
  • In-house, Out-house, Supplier Selection and Management
  • Projects as Change – Managing Change
