Founded in 1991, Sciences Po Rennes is a French higher education establishment, part of a network of ten Institutes of Political Studies in France. Its mission is to train students from all social backgrounds, preparing them to take on responsibilities in the public, private, and no-profit sectors in France, Europe, and the rest of the world.
A multidisciplinary training of excellence in the field of human and social sciences (law, economics, history, political science) allows a great diversity of approaches and tools for analysis of the contemporary world with all the challenges and transformations in the making for the world of tomorrow.In Rennes, the premises are located in the city centre, a very short distance from Place Saint-Sauveur and the Abbaye aux Hommes. This location allows students to make the most of the city’s charm and participate in events such as the Les Boréales festival, student carnival, and book fair.
