Programme

Day 1 (09:00 - 17:00)

Your first R plot: Quality plots with just 2 lines of code
R basics: Read in, modify, outliers/missing data
Data wrangling: Efficiently summarise data
Different types of plots: Bar, box, scatter, line

Day 2 (09:00 - 17:00)

Contunous data I: T-test, ANOVA, Wilcoxon sign-rank
Continuous data II: Linear regression
Categorical data I: Chi-square, McNemar’s, Fisher’s exact
Categorical data II: Logistic regression

Day 3 (09:00 - 13:00)

Time-to-Event data: Kaplan-Meier, Cox regression
Fine tuning plots: Axis labels, colours, legends
This course teaches the very latest R extensions (packages: ggplot2, dplyr, tidyr, Hmisc, and others) making R more user friendly than ever!
