Dr Karen Paaske and Dr Frede KrØjgaard have collaborated with a Danish municipality on implementing a teacher induction programme focusing on setting up mentorships for all newly qualified teachers.
Working with the municipality’s central administration they have investigated TIP before intervention, presented ideas and research results in the field of TIP for groups of school leaders and developed and conducted a 2 day long course for mentors. Follow up research will take place in four selected schools this coming academic year.
