The 2017 AGA-HRH Annual Quiz Night will take place on Wednesday 8th March at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
This year, the quiz will be held at the Hilton Treetops Hotel, Springfield Rd, Aberdeen.
As always, there are numerous prizes up for grabs. The prizes for overall winners and geology round winners are sponsored by HRH Geology. A prize will be awarded for top of the non-geology categories, so we welcome non-geologists to join in too! There is also a £250 top undergraduate student team prize, kindly sponsored by ConocoPhillips. Rounds include Science & Nature, Sports, Geography & History, and of course Geology!
Tickets are £5 per person (£3 for students/members) and we welcome teams of 4-5 people. Please download a booking form from the AGA website (http://www.abdn.ac.uk/aga/quiz/2017_quiz_booking_form.pdf) and send it to aberdeengeologicalalumni@gmail.com to reserve your team. This is our most popular fundraiser event, so register quick to avoid disappointment.
The Aberdeen Geological Alumni was founded in 1998. All money fundraised from AGA events is used to support geology students doing fieldwork at Aberdeen University.
