A prize of £500.00 will be awarded to a clinical medical student for an essay of not more than 3,000 words entitled "Is the head and neck surgeon an endangered species?". Essays must be sent by e-mail to entuk@entuk.org by no later than 31st August 2018.
All essays will be sent to an adjudicator appointed by ENT·UK and to ensure impartiality, strict anonymity will be preserved. The winner of the Essay Prize will be notified in November 2018 and will be invited to attend the ENT.UK Annual General Meeting in February 2019 when a certificate and cheque will be presented.
