eAccommodation is an online application which allows students to access their accommodation tenancy schedules, pay their pre-payment and complete a mandatory induction. It is only for use by students who have been allocated to stay in University accommodation.
Check your email - you'll receive an email from us as soon as your application has been approved. This email contains instructions on how to access eAccommodation. Be sure to read and follow these instructions carefully! Once you have followed the steps required you will be able to access eAccommodation.
You can log in here. You will need to supply your username (the email address that you applied for accommodation with or your University email address), a password and your date of birth in the format DD-MM-YYYY e.g. 15-06-1986. The password is one you set during the eAccommodation registration process. If you have forgotten this password see below for instructions on how to reset it.
You can reset your password here. Be sure to follow the on-screen instructions. Your password must be between 5-20 characters in length and can contain letters and numbers only.
