The society originally met for private music-making. Rule VI proposes 'a Plan be laid down every Night of the Musick to be performed at the next meeting'. 'Corelli's Musick' was to be performed at least once each evening. |

'A flute D'Amore' [a flageolet, recorder, or low flute], 'A Beaurroe [Bureau] organ' [a small moveable organ], and 'Handels 12 Grand Concertos'. 'Felton's Organ Concertos', were no doubt to be performed on the new 'Beaurroe Organ'. |
