I want tae ging awa fishin,
Tae catch a fish or twa,
But I only caught a wee troot,
I've nae hid a proper denner in wikks.
A wee birdie came waukin up tae me,
It looked like it was starvin sae I gaed it some o my tea.
Aiberdeen harbour is as busy as ever
I better ging hame or ma mam will worry aboot me,
I coont aa o the boats as they come in tae the harbour
