Biography: Son of E. J. Power, Welwyn Garden City ; born Slough, 1925; educated at Bishop's Stortford School. He joined the Royal Artillery in 1943 and attnded the R.A. course at the University. On 13 June 1945 he died at Deolali in India where he was undergoing a training course for officer Cadets.
