Biography: Son of Forbes R. Mutch; born Nottingham, 3 June 1895. Medicine, 1915, 1919-. A.U.O.T.C. Commissioned0, 19th Lancashire Fusiliers, 21 November 1915. Served-Home, 7 months; France, Flanders, 22 months Wounded; Prisoner of War, April 1918-January 1919. Final rank, Lieutenant.
