Biography: Son of John Munro; born Hereford, 11 September 1877. Law, 1896-98. War work-Honorary Secretary and Treasurer, County of Aberdeen British Red Cross Society; Honorary Secretary, County Emergency Com-mittee; Honorary Secretary, and Treasurer, of Fund raiser for Orthopaedic Department of 1st Scottish General Hospital, 1914-19. Name brought to notice of Secretary of State for War, 1919.
