Biography: Son of William H. Mulloy; born Mauritius, 21 October 1877. M.B., 1901. Commissioned, 41st Division Royal Engineers, 23 November 1915; attached 139th Field Ambulance, 41st Division; 1/5th East Lancashire. Served-Home, France, Flanders (Somme, Ypres), 2 years. Final rank, Captain.
