Biography: Son of George B. Morgan; born Sunderland, 8 March 1896. Medicine, 1915, 1919-. Durham School Officer Training Corps A.U.O.T.C. Commissioned, 3rd Northumbrian Brigade, Royal Field Artillery (T.F.), 25 November 1915. Served-Home, 1915-16; France, June 1916-March 1919. Final rank, Lieutenant. Military Cross, 1919. Two mentions in despatches, November 1917, 1918.
