Biography: Son of John G. Moffet; born Balasore, Bengal, 10 December 1856. M.B., 1883; Diploma of Public Health (Camborn), 1891. Commissioned, R.A.M.C., 1885. Medical Inspection of Recruits, Head Quarters Edinburgh. Final rank, Lieutenant-Colonel. Died, 14 December 1919.
