Biography: Son of Alexander Milne; born Aberdeen, 22 June 1897. Medicine, 1915-16, 1918-. A.U.O.T.C. Enlisted, Special Brigade, Royal Engineers, 23 September 1916. Served-Home, France, Flanders, 19 months. Final rank, Pioneer.
