Biography: Son of George Milne; born Fyvie, 16 November 1894. Science, 1914- 1915, 1920-. Despatch Rider, Royal Engineers, 5 April 1915. Commissioned, R.A.F., 27 June 1919. Served-Home, 2 years; Ypres Salient, 15 months. Final rank, 2nd Lieutenant.
