Milne, Arthur Dawson
Biography: Son of Andrew J. Milne; born Kingston, Jamaica, 18 November 1867. M.B., 1892. Appointed, Lieutenant -Colonel, Officer Commanding, East African Medical Service, 5 August 1914; P.M.O., Protectorate Forces, 1915. Served-East African Campaign, 1914-18. Final rank, Lieutenant-Colonel. Companion of St Michael and St. George, 1917. Three mentions in despatches 1916, 1917, 1918.
