Biography: Son of John Middleton; born Skene, 8 May 1851. M.B.,1882. Surgeon-Lieutenant, 3rd Volunteer Battalion Gordon Highlanders, 1894; transferred R.A.M.C. (T.), attached to 5th Gordon Highlanders Mobilized. Home service. Final rank, Major. T.D. Died, 26 March 1920.
