Biography: Son of John MacRae; born Urray, 20 October 1862. M.B., 1886 ; Diploma of Public Health, 1894. Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., 10 September 1915. Served-Home, Mediterranean Expeditionary Force, September 1915-September 1916. Final rank, Lieutenant. War work-Surgeon, Voluntary Aid Detachment Hospital.
