Anderson, Harry Bews

Biography: Son of the late Dr. John Anderson, Lecturer in Bee-keeping at the North of Scotland College of Agriculture ; born Aberdeen, 1916 ; educated at Aberdeen Grammar School and Robert Gordon's College. He graduated M.A. in 1938 and stayed on at the University with a view to taking a degree in Science. He played a prominent part in University activities. He joined the Fleet Air Arm in 1941, and died on active service in the autumn of that year.
