Spark, Arthur Percy
Biography: Son of Robert Spark; born Durris, 4 June 1894. M.B., 1917. Private, D Company, 4th Gordon Highlanders, 1909, later V Company. Mobilized, 4 August 1914. Commissioned, 7th Gordon Highlanders, 20 July 1915. Served-Home, 1914-15; France, February-May 1915. Severely wounded. Commissioned, Royal Navy, 24 April 1917. Served-Belgian Coast Patrol; Royal Navy Hospital, Corfu; Constantinople; Gallipoli; Dardanelles Committee on H.M.S. "Triad," June 1917-August 1919. Final rank, Surgeon-Lieutenant.
