Souter, James Callaghan
Biography: Son of George Souter; born Aberdeen, 4 August 1899. Medicine, 1916-. A.U.O.T.C., 1916-18. Surgeon-Probationer, Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve, 12 April 1918. Served in-H.M.S. "Forester" Mediterranean Sea, including Palestine Advance, Sea of Marmora, Black Sea, April 1918-January 1919. Final rank, Surgeon-Sub-Lieutenant.
