Biography: Son of Samuel G. Woodrow; born Buffalo, 26 November 1874. Law, 1897-99. Enlisted, 149th Canadians (Lambton's Own, Canada), February 1916; commissioned, February 1917. Served-England, March-December 1917; France (18th Battalion), 1917-18; England, 1918-19. Final rank, Captain.
