(for Air Raids) Elswick Works, Newcastle-on-Tyne; Member, Medical Boards and National Service Boards; Deputy M.O.H., Weetslade; War locum, Dudley and district, 1914-18. Honorary Assoc., Order of St. John of Jerusalem.
